Him and literally everybody else in that period. It's really not something that discredits him whatsoever.

It shows up in his works a lot more often than other writers of that period though considering one of the most common themes of his work is feelings of alienation and fear created by other cultures (who inevitably end up being savages who worship/call down some horrible being or another). I mean, I love a lot of his stuff, but I totally get why people would be driven away from it too

I'd be hard-pressed to call RE3 bad, but as someone playing them all when they were coming out it's a lot less memorable than 2 for me. The RPD looked so unique and was like the mansion from 1 in that it really wanted you to memorize its layout and figure out the best ways through it, and whenever I play 3 I feel like I'm trapped mostly in a big collection of oversimilar city streets for the first half of the game and the second half of the game is made up of small locations you don't stay in long enough to get used to. The level design would have to be my main complaint

But I liked the weapons and combat, and some of the enemy designs were realm cool. There's no way I could hate a PSX resident evil game

It's either my favorite or second favorite game ever made depending on the day. It's such a fun little chunk of gaming, and the fact that you can beat a scenario in like 2 hours pretty easily on a lazy afternoon keeps me replaying it a few times a year

Sony fanboys seem the most aggressively annoying, at least this generation. They're really shitty about every other company generally, and being the most popular console this generation seems to have tugged over a lot of the garbage populace the 360 used to hold. I think they would win by sheer amount of assholes alone.

Xbox fans were definitely the worst last gen but seem to have kind of shrunk away this gen. Most of them kind of keep to themselves and while you occasionally get the "DIE WEEBS MADDEN COD HALO FOREVER" type, they're a fuckton more rare than they used to be.

Nintendo fans are the ones everyone like to bitch about, but honestly I see a vast majority of people being annoying while complaining about them than I actually have annoying Nintendo fans.

apparently the show is more based on the games than the books. I never read the books myself, so I dont know how far the game deviates.

The games are set after all the books, so it'd be tough to get them to coexist really unless they cover both

Fatal Frame 2 on Xbox has a ton of extra costumes and, most importantly, FPS mode which is the best experience in the series

I actually thought the PS2 San Andreas was way better, the cars looked so bland on Xbox and the game crashed all the time.

The worst part about the Xbox port was the driveby controls were mapped to the black and white buttons so you have to gnarl your hand into a claw to do it

Yeah, but that just shows their HP. It doesn't really make you do more damage and the rest of her abilities are generally worse than the other partners. So you'd have to Tattle, waste a turn switching out, and then use the better partner.

You waste a turn in a super easy games where turn wasting doesn't particularly matter in exchange for funny charming dialogue, which is 80% of the draw of the game. I think it's a fair trade

Also, her hints sometimes reveal weaknesses and stuff and that would help for Game Grumps, who generally can't figure things out unless it's explicitly said
